Filtria is a trusted water purification brand offering a range of systems tailored for Filipino households and businesses. We provide mineral/pH-balance systems, high-flow Reverse Osmosis systems, and hot & cold dispensers with UV sterilization.

2. Is Filtria safe for babies?
Yes—Filtria Reverse Osmosis units (A9 Pro and FTR-200) are safe for babies. However, pediatricians do not recommend mineral or alkaline water for infants, as their kidneys are still developing.
For babies, we recommend purified water with RO filtration, which removes impurities and minerals that might be too strong for them.
3. Is Filtria safe for adults and seniors?
Absolutely. Whether you're after purified water, mineral-rich water, or pH-enhanced water, we can recommend the right unit based on your needs and water source. We assess each case to ensure safety and suitability.

4. What type of water does Filtria produce?
Filtria offers:
Purified Water (RO) – Available in A9 Pro and FTR-200 units. Ideal for drinking, cooking, and baby formula.
Mineral or pH-enhanced water – Available via Alkaboost, which can be customized to either mineralize water or adjust pH for alkaline output.
5. What’s the difference between purified, mineral, and alkaline water?
- Purified Water (via RO): Free from harmful contaminants, heavy metals, and bacteria. Best for infants and medical-sensitive users.
- Mineral Water: Contains essential minerals like calcium and magnesium. Safe for most adults, but we assess your water source first to make sure it's suitable.
- Alkaline Water: Has a higher pH level, often preferred for wellness purposes. Not ideal for babies or those with kidney issues.
We don’t recommend units blindly—our team evaluates your water source to recommend the best fit.

6. How often do I need to change the filters?
Filter lifespan depends on usage and water quality, but average replacement times are:
Sediment / Carbon Filters – every 3–6 months
RO Membrane – every 12–24 months
Post-carbon or mineral filters – every 6–12 months
We offer reminders and support to make maintenance simple.
7. Is installation difficult?
Most units are plug-and-use or come with basic install kits. We also provide online guidance or can refer you to a trusted installer near you.
8. Can I use Filtria water for baby formula, cooking, or making coffee?
Yes—RO-filtered water is perfect for sensitive uses like baby formula, rice cooking, or coffee prep.

9. Does Filtria need electricity?
RO Systems (A9 Pro & FTR-200) – Require power for the pump and UV.
Alkaboost – May or may not need power depending on your configuration.
During brownouts, if there’s stored water, you can still dispense manually, but the filtration process pauses until power resumes.
10. What is the flow rate or capacity of Filtria systems?
A9 Pro – 800 GPD (gallons per day), ideal for high usage or machine connection.
FTR-200 – (150 GPD) Suitable for more than 4 with built-in tank.
Alkaboost – (2.5L/m) Countertop use for daily hydration needs.

11. Can I use Filtria water for bathing my baby?
Yes—especially if your tap water has high turbidity or contamination risk. Some families now use RO water from Filtria for their baby’s bath to avoid issues like amoebiasis or skin irritation.
12. Can I connect Filtria to my refrigerator, coffee machine, or ice maker?
Yes, but some models may require special connectors or reducers. For example, commercial espresso machines or automatic ice makers sometimes need pressure regulation or customized fittings.
