Filtria offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services related to water filtration systems and accessories, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced herein such as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION & LIMITATIONS

Filtria sells water filtration systems, replacement filters, and related accessories.

Product descriptions, filtration accuracy, performance ratings, and benefits are provided for general informational purposes only.

Actual results may vary depending on:

  • Water source quality (deep well, municipal, etc.)

  • Water pressure

  • Installation conditions

  • Maintenance and filter replacement schedule

SECTION 4 – INSTALLATION SERVICES

Filtria offers free installation in selected areas within Luzon only.

Free installation covers standard installation procedures.

Any additional requirements such as:

  • Plumbing modifications

  • Electrical adjustments

  • Long-distance piping

  • Non-standard fittings

may incur additional charges.

Installation Service Warranty

We provide a 1-month installation service warranty.

This covers installation-related issues such as leakage due to improper fitting during installation.

After 1 month, any service visit will be subject to service fees and parts charges if applicable.

This does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Third-party modification

  • Electrical damage

  • Water pressure problems

  • Natural wear and tear

SECTION 5 – PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

We may limit quantities per order or cancel suspicious orders (including reseller or distributor purchases).

SECTION 6 – ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

In case of order cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.

SECTION 7 – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns are subject to our official Refund Policy

Installed or used water filtration systems and opened filter cartridges are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in our warranty policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service.

Filtration performance depends on water conditions and proper maintenance.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filtria shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit or business interruption

  • Damage caused by improper installation not performed by Filtria

  • Damage caused by failure to replace filters on schedule

  • Issues arising from poor water quality beyond design capacity

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on our site.

SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Filtria without obligation or compensation.
