Filtria Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The unit must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging

  • With complete accessories and manuals

  • With official receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your unit is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item received

Contact us within 48 hours and send clear photos or videos so we can properly evaluate and resolve the issue.

We will make it right if the issue is verified.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used water filtration systems

  • Opened or used filters (PP, AC, RO membrane, etc.)

  • Replacement filter cartridges

  • Custom or special order units

We also cannot accept returns for products damaged due to:

  • Improper installation

  • Electrical issues

  • Water pressure problems

  • Misuse or modification

If you are unsure, message us first before purchasing.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong unit, the fastest solution is:

  1. Request a return (if eligible and unused)

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the correct unit

We do not automatically swap installed or used machines.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

Important Notes for Filtration Systems

Water filtration systems are considered technical and sanitary products.
Once installed or used with water flow, they are no longer eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

We encourage customers to:

  • Confirm space requirements

  • Confirm power supply availability

  • Confirm water source compatibility
    before purchasing.
