At Filtria, we aim to deliver your water filtration systems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take note of the following shipping details:

Delivery Timeframes:

• Luzon: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Visayas & Mindanao: Orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and your location.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing begins once payment or order confirmation is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email/sms once your order has been shipped.

Product Availability:

• In the event that a product is out of stock or has limited availability, our team will notify you with an estimated restocking date or offer alternative options.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping costs will be free nationwide

Delays:
